LIV Golf events being only 54 holes over three days might really come in handy this week.
Several of the league’s European players arrived in the US on Tuesday for the LIV Houston event and learned their golf bags had not made the trans-Atlantic trip with them. Fortunately for them, the tournament doesn’t start until Friday. And fortunately for us, someone videoed their reactions at the Houston airport.
Justin Timberlake has Sergio Garcia take a look at his golf swing during the middle of a concert
Not surprisingly, Tyrrell Hatton provided the most entertaining – and NSFW – response when asked where he thought his clubs are.
“F–k knows,” he says with a laugh. “F–k knows.”
Ian Poulter, however, seemed to have more of an idea.
“Probably back in Heathrow,” Poulter said of London’s airport. “Well done.”
“Um, hopefully, Heathrow,” Henrik Stenson replied when asked. (And, hopefully, they’re not getting manhandled like the ones caught on video a few weeks ago.) Then there was Lee Westwood’s funny response when asked where his case was.
“Heathrow. Where am I? Houston,” he deadpanned. Guess there’s no more LIV Golf party plane! Anyway, have a look and listen:

While this is a nightmare for any travelling golfer, it’s hard not to chuckle at that video. But, seriously, good luck with those bags, guys.
