Australia’s two Cams led the way on the PGA Tour and LIV Golf in a mixed bag for the Down Under gang. Cam Davis led the way during a disappointing campaign for the Australians at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill while Cam Smith lost in a playoff at LIV Golf Hong Kong.
Scheffler’s change to a TaylorMade Spider Tour putter at the start of the week was the topic of much discussion. His putter wasn’t the only thing working, however. He ranked first in strokes gained/off the tee for the week, second in greens in regulation and third in strokes gained/around the green.

As far as front nines go for a 54-hole leader, Kurt Kitayama’s was as smooth as they come on Sunday at Bay Hill. Well, at least it was for the front eight.
DeChambeau says he does not believe he has fully recovered from a pair of injuries to his left hand and his left hip that forced him to withdraw from the Saudi International in early February.
This week was also more evidence that the harder the course, the more brutal the conditions and the longer the rough, the better for Bryson DeChambeau.
