On Sunday in Las Vegas, J.T. Poston claimed his third PGA Tour title, outlasting Doug Ghim to win the Shriners Children’s Open. After wading through a sea of microphones and calling his wife like a pro’s pro, Poston and caddie Aaron Flener hit the Strip to celebrate. From the looks of things, they had an unforgettable time, and the looper confirmed as much on Monday, admitting the Sin City setting was just a tiny bit more fun than the sites of Poston’s previous wins. If you’re a resident of Greensboro, NC or Moline, IL, now’s the time to look away.
With all due respect to Greensboro, NC and Moline, IL…

Honestly, sometimes you just have to call a spade a spade. The John Deere Pavilion and Greensboro Science Center are cool and all, but Las Vegas’ nightlife is better than 95% of cities on earth. That’s just a fact. We’re sure The Postman and Flener cherish each of their wins equally, but not all after parties are created equal.
In the end, we’re just glad the fellas enjoyed their night out on the town. They might owe a few apologies when they roll into the Wyndham Championship and John Deere Classic next year, but that’s a small price to pay for a big win in Vegas.
