Jon Rahm is a beast. At 6’ 2”, 220 lbs, the Basque bruiser is built more like an NFL tight end than a pro golfer, but for whatever reason, he slipped to the golf gods in the draft. Thank goodness for that, as Rahm has gone on to win the U.S. Open and Masters, establishing himself as one of the (ahem) biggest names in the sport
Rahm’s prodigious combination of size and hand-eye coordination suits itself to more than golf, however. It’s also an elite eatin’ build, as evidenced by his performance in the latest episode of Bob Does Sports, which pits the 2024 LIV individual champ against 60 Jack in the Box tacos, nine holes of golf and the limitations of the human digestive system. A true grinder. In addition to leading the trio of Bob, Joey Cold Cuts and Fat Perez to a score of nine-under in nine holes, Rahm also downed 19 tacos, including four by the time he rolled up to his second shot of the afternoon. That’s a performance to rival his final-round 67 at Torrey Pines back.
Funnily enough, the hangover Rahm had the morning after his 2021 U.S. Open win was probably nothing compared to the morning after 19 Jack in the Box tacos. Not that Big Jon will mind. As the old saying goes, pain is weakness (and bad fast food) leaving the body.
