We’ve long known that tennis star Casper Ruud’s other love—and talent—is golf. The 12-time ATP Tour winner goes as far as to have a separate Instagram account to share his experiences on the course. Yeah, he’s a true golf nut.

But there’s one bucket-list course he recently played that you won’t find on there. Because they’re a bit touchy about social media (among other things).

We’re talking about Augusta National, of course. After securing an invite to the Masters venue, Ruud told Sky Sports he had an ‘incredible’ experience there—and he shot a pretty impressive score. Have a listen:

“I was very lucky and fortunate to be invited to play at Augusta National,” Ruud says in the clip. “For me, all my life, that’s kinda been the number one bucket-list thing to do.”

We don’t blame you, Casper. It sure sounds like he’d rather play Augusta than win Wimbledon.

“I feel like I don’t have a word in my vocabulary to describe it properly,” Ruud continued. “We’ll remember that forever. But, you know, we’re in Miami now, and, time to focus on tennis again.”

Ugh, going back to your day job is always tough. We know the feeling, Casper. So how did the low-handicapper play?

“I played well,” Ruud said. “I shot in the 70s, so that’s good. . . . But it’s hard for me to explain how incredible that place is.”

Hang in there in Miami this week, mate. And if you get knocked out of the tournament early, there are plenty of golf courses in the area.
