The greatest golfers in the world utilise their drivers as a weapon on the course, but one regular hacker took that way (WAY!) too literally recently.
A shocking video taken during a round at Vancouver’s Burnaby Mountain Golf Course earlier this month appears to show a man smashing his driver over another golfer’s head. The issue? Like in most of these cases, it seems one group was mad about another group hitting into them.
But even if that’s the case, hitting into someone is a lot different than hitting someone. With a freaking golf club, no less.
“What the f–k is wrong with you?!” One onlooker shouts. “Call the f–king cops!” And that’s exactly what happened, because Burnabynow.com reported the 43-year-old suspect was arrested at the British Columbia course on October 12.
The man faces possible charges of assault with a weapon after police were told he actually hit three golfers with his club. Fortunately, only minor injuries were reported. Anyway, have a look and listen at this wild scene:

Crazy, scary stuff right there. Even crazier? Burnabynow.com said it’s the second time police have had to respond to an incident at a Burnaby golf course in the past four months.
The moral(s) of the story? Never, ever hit anyone with a golf club. And keep your head on a swivel, if you’re planning any golf trips to that area.
